This is not your average Yoga studio!! Harmonizing Soul Yoga & Holistic Services, LLC, was designed to help guide the student into gaining INNER awareness. Our yoga practice allows the student to provide goal(s) and/or conquer internal struggles they are look to transform. ex strength, anxiety, flexibility depression, will power.). We incorporate unconditional love with our students. We empower our students.
We create a safe place for our student(s) to freely be their authentic selves.
Yoga / Meditation Benefits:
*Emotionally- Reduces/Alleviate mood (emotions) hence elevating your mood. Ex. stress, anger, depression. Yoga helps Root/Ground the emotions. So that we feel safe and protected within ourselves
*Spiritually- Yoga allows you to connect to your higher-self, with balancing the left and right; masculine and feminine; Yin and Yang. Unblocking/Healing Chakras (energy centers within the body). Merging the two polarities allows student to be more conscience of thoughts and/or self. Meditation & Breathing techniques to find more inner awareness and to feel whole (connected). Aiding in less fear and living fully.
*Mentally- Many addiction treatments incorporates yoga into their programs. Yoga has been known to help with addiction (any kind), mental disorders such as, PTSD, chronic anxiety etc) Meditation and Asana's helps the student become mindful and stay focus on the present. Healing the past by releasing and working towards the Future by being mindful.
*Physically- You gain strength/tones, flexibility and self image confidence. Yoga focuses on working on many small muscles even when you're stretching, so your always gaining even when you don't notice.
